Entry Requirements

For entry onto the Level 4 Diploma in Law qualification, learners must possess: 

• Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or equivalent qualification 
• Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.

Module Structure

Learners are required to complete Four units to achieve the 120 credits required to gain the Level 4 Diploma in Law.

Learners of the Level 4 Diploma may be qualified for positions in legal support in law firms, corporate legal departments, governmental organisations, or other legal contexts. This can apply to jobs like those held by legal assistants, paralegals, clerks, or administrators of the legal system.
